Customised Coaching

Sessions can be in-person or online. Most of my clients choose to meet twice a month for 3-6 months but we can tailor this to suite your unique needs, timeframe and objectives.

Discovery

Once on-board you will answer one off questions ahead of our first session. This is to gain clarity on the goals you want to work on, the results you envisage, the obstacles that could present and the skills, strengths and resources you have to support you.

Chemistry Session

Book a complimentary  session. In this session we will get to know each other and you’ll get a sense of whether we are a good fit. You will come away knowing what areas you would like to focus on and whether this is the process you are looking for. Duration approx. 45 mins. 

Tool Kit

By collaborating with me you will gain access to my comprehensive tool kit including goal setting techniques, prioritisation strategies, value exploration exercises, personality assessments, legacy planning and more.
