Chemistry Session
I offer all clients a complimentary chemistry session. This will give you a sense of whether we are a good fit. You will come away knowing what areas you would like to focus on and whether this is the process you are looking for.
Discovery
Before getting started I invite clients to answer a few questions. By thinking about these ahead of our first session you will get clear on the results you envisage, the obstacles that could present and the skills, strengths and resources you have to support you.
Value Alignment
Invite the coaching process to align with your organisation’s values, aspirations, and requirements, fostering increased support, understanding and investment in strategic goals and direction.
Customised Coaching
Sessions can be in- person or online, in or out of the workplace and they usually last 1 hr. Most clients choose to meet twice a month for 3-6 months but we can tailor this to suit your organisations unique needs, timeframe, and objectives.
